This half-day program will review the basic annuity terms, the types and uses of annuities, Medicaid policy on annuities, and transfer implications.

As a result of the training, participants will be able to:

• Determine the value of Annuity

• Distinguish between the treatment of an Annuity with transactions before and after DRA legislation
